How long does it take for you to print and ship the ID cards once we provide all of the information?

What if one of our employees loses his/her ID card? Do we have to send all of the information and photo again to get another card?

I am getting ready to e-mail my ID card photos to you, but I noticed some of them are rather dark. I would like to re-shoot a few of them, but the people are on the road. Is there anything you can do to lighten them up before you print the ID cards? Do you charge extra to work on the photos like that?

You can e-mail the jpeg files to us at: jtdcredentials@aol.com As for keeping the pictures and names matched up, your digital camera will likely automatically create a numbered file name for each photo. If you provide us a list of names matched up with the correct file number, we will be able to manage the names and photos. How long does it take for you to print and ship the ID cards once we provide all of the information? Usually it takes about 48 hours to process your order. If you need rush service, we can usually accommodate your request and we can also ship via overnight courier if you prefer. Back to Top

We archive all of the individual records, photos and information as part of your ID card project. All you need to do is e-mail a request for a reprint, and the ID card will be sent the next business day. Back to Top

We always preview all of the photos before we insert them into the ID card project. If they need brightening, or if they are off color (too green or blue) we will automatically make those adjustments. There are no additional charges to do this. It's part of the service we provide.
