Question: We would like to order some ID cards from you. Can we e-mail our photos and information to you?
Answer: Yes, you can e-mail everything to: info@customcredentials.net.

Question: We have glossy photos of all of our employees. Can you scan them for us?
Answer: Yes, you can mail them to:

There are no additional charges for scanning photos and artwork. All photos and artwork are returned to you upon completion of the project.

Question: If we send digital files, do you work with all file types?
Answer: We prefer .jpeg or .bmp files. If you have special requirements please let us know and we will help convert files if needed.

Question: How do we get started?
Answer: We set up an initial card design based on information and artwork you provide. We then e-mail a proof of the finished card to you. If you see something you want to change we make the changes and send you a revised proof. Once you give us final approval we’re ready to proceed.

Question: How long will it take to get our ID cards once our proof is approved?
Answer: Most projects and card orders are shipped within 48 hours.


Photo Tips

When taking pictures for identification cards it is best to have the person stand in front of a plain, light colored background. Have the person stand as close as they can to the backdrop or wall. This eliminates unwanted shadows

It is best to use a flash from a distance of 8’ to 10’ from your subject.

If you are zooming in, capture the full head and shoulders of the person. We will crop the photos later.
